（中央社台北6日電）大陸公務機關要求的各種奇怪證明讓民眾不堪其擾，連派出所員警都受不了。湖南同興派出所為一名老人開具的「老年證遺失證明」上留言，指當地民政局「增加大家不必要的麻煩」。

無獨有偶，雲南一間派出所也在開出的「無犯罪證明」上怒斥，「老百姓買房也要無犯罪前科，難道有犯罪前科的就不可以買房嗎？貴單位憑什麼立此規定？」

大陸國務院總理李克強曾表示，大陸公務單位要求的各式證明是為民眾增加障礙，連填緊急聯絡人都要「證明你媽是你媽」，是天大笑話。

現在，除了奔走各地要證明的一般民眾外，大陸派出所員警也對開具各種奇怪證明感到不耐。

綜合大陸媒體報導，湖南婁底冷水江市同興派出所為一名楊姓老人開具老年證遺失證明，在證明的下方，還附帶一份派出所寫給當地民政局工作人員的留言，並加蓋了冷水江市公安局同興派出所的公章，這篇留言在網路上轉載，獲得不少大陸網友認同。

留言表示，派出所也無法證明民眾的證件有沒有丟失，但是卻不得不開此證明，否則老人補辦不了老年證。但連「補辦一個小小的老年證也要經過派出所打證明，有必要嗎？純粹是增加老百姓補辦證件的麻煩」。

派出所呼籲當地民政局，「還是多為老百姓辦點實事吧！」

雲南鹽津縣普洱派出所開出的證明也在網路上熱傳。發出這份證明的雲南派出所民警張欽說，這份「無犯罪前科證明」是一名要買房的女子要求開的，「這是我第一次遇到過買房要開無罪證明的」。

他表示，這名女子也顯得相當無奈，抱怨「這也要證明，那也要證明，腿都跑斷了」。

報導說，大陸許多基層派出所的一線民警都對「證明」深有感觸。甚至曾有保險公司要求遭竊的保戶到派出所開立「無法破案證明」才能理賠。1040806
